Job Overview:

  • Design, develop, and optimize Pega-based workflow solutions to support enterprise automation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable, secure, and high-performing applications while ensuring adherence to Pega best practices and guardrails.

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Strong experience in Pega workflow design and case management.
  • Expertise in Pega application development including data pages, data transforms, and decision rules.
  • Experience with REST and SOAP integrations.
  • Knowledge of Pega security models and best practices.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and build Pega workflows including case types, stages, and processes.
  • Implement application logic using data pages, transforms, activities, and decision rules.
  • Configure user interfaces using App Studio and Dev Studio.
  • Integrate Pega with enterprise systems using APIs and messaging patterns.
  • Translate business requirements into technical designs using DCO methodology.
  • Develop document-centric automation workflows using OCR and AI services.
  • Implement security controls including roles, access groups, and authentication policies.
  • Develop and execute unit tests and support QA activities.
  • Monitor and optimize system performance using Pega tools.
  • Manage CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
  • Configure monitoring, logging, and system observability tools.
  • Perform impact analysis for system upgrades and enhancements.
  • Conduct peer reviews and provide technical mentorship.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and deliver solutions.
  • Maintain technical documentation and operational runbooks.
  • Provide production support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.

  • Experience with integration technologies and API development.
  • Experience with performance tuning and monitoring tools.
  • Experience with CI/CD and deployment automation preferred.
  • Experience with AI, OCR, or intelligent automation solutions preferred.
