Role Overview:
We re looking for a Lead AI Product Designer (UIX) to drive end-to-end design of AI-powered products in a high-impact healthcare environment. This role sits at the intersection of AI, product strategy, and user experience, shaping next-gen intelligent systems. You ll collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Data Science) to design GenAI-driven experiences, AI agents, and intelligent automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Identify high-impact AI opportunities aligned with business goals
Translate business problems into AI use cases (concept prototype validation)
Lead end-to-end UX/UI design for AI-powered applications
Design GenAI interfaces, conversational AI, and AI agents
Drive product strategy, roadmap, and stakeholder alignment
Conduct user research, process mapping, and data-driven decision-making
Build prototypes, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs
Support A/B testing, experimentation, and continuous improvement
Collaborate across engineering, data science, and business teams
