Lead Salesforce Site Reliability Engineer
Role summary
PY DATA, INC. is seeking a Lead Salesforce Site Reliability Engineer for an onsite role in Raritan, NJ. This is a 6+ month extendable contract position for W2 consultants. The role requires strong Salesforce platform expertise in enterprise production environments, experience in SRE, Production Support, or Platform Reliability functions, and a deep understanding of reliability engineering concepts like SLA/SLO frameworks, incident management, problem management, operational governance, and production support models. Experience with observability platforms such as Splunk, Datadog, Dynatrace, or New Relic is essential. The position also requires experience supporting highly integrated cloud-based enterprise platforms and working in regulated, operationally critical environments. Preferred qualifications include experience with AWS cloud environments and enterprise integrations, along with a strong understanding of ITSM principles and operational workflows. Strong stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration skills are necessary.
