About The Role
We are seeking a skilled
Vehicle Safety Test Engineer
to support vehicle safety validation and crash testing activities. This role involves hands-on work with high-voltage systems, vehicle rebuilds, and safety test setups to ensure compliance with safety and consumer standards.
This is a dynamic position where no two days are the same. You will collaborate cross-functionally and take ownership of critical safety testing processes for advanced vehicles.
Key Responsibilities

  • Support and execute vehicle safety and crash testing activities
  • Set up and operate test equipment and instrumentation for safety validation
  • Work with high-voltage (HV) systems in testing environments
  • Perform vehicle teardown and rebuild activities post-testing
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure compliance with safety standards
  • Document test results and ensure timely reporting
  • Maintain quality and accuracy while meeting strict deadlines

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in vehicle safety testing or related field
  • Strong experience with high-voltage systems (HV)
  • Proven experience in crash testing and automotive safety validation
  • Experience with vehicle teardown/rebuild (mechanical work)
  • Technical certification or apprenticeship in automotive/mechanical field
