Cyber Security Analyst Finance
to support the protection of financial systems, applications, and data. This role assists with monitoring security alerts, identifying vulnerabilities, and supporting incident response activities. You will work with senior security professionals to help maintain a secure and compliant environment for financial operations. Ideal for early-career professionals building experience in cyber security within finance systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor security alerts and logs across systems and networks
- Assist with vulnerability assessments and security scans
- Support incident detection and response activities
- Help maintain security tools such as SIEM and endpoint protection
- Assist in reviewing access controls and permissions
- Support compliance and security policy implementation
- Maintain security documentation and reports
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in cyber security or IT security support
- Basic knowledge of network security concepts
- Familiarity with security tools (SIEM, antivirus, firewall)
- Understanding of vulnerability management concepts
- Knowledge of Linux or Windows system security basics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and documentation skills
