Role summary

Primerica is seeking a Data Engineering Intern to support ongoing data migration efforts. The intern will assist with building data pipelines, cleansing data, and cloud data migration tasks. This role requires a student pursuing a degree in computer science, computer engineering, data science, or data engineering, with proficiency in programming languages like JavaScript, Python, and Java. The ideal candidate will understand API specifications and have knowledge of data management and data stores. About This Position
Primerica is seeking an Data Engineering Intern to help with continued data migration work, working through building data pipelines, cleansing data, and cloud data migration.
Responsibilities & Qualifications

  • Assist with building data pipelines
  • Assist with data documentation on data engineering

Minimum Requirements:

  • Pursuing a degree in computer science or computer engineering, data science or data engineering
  • Proficiency with programming languages such as javascript, python, and java
  • Ability to understand API specifications
  • Understanding of data management and data stores
