Key Responsibilities

• Review and draft legal documents relating to family law
• Collect and respond to discovery requests
• Establish effective communication with clients and relevant contacts
• Prepare for court hearings, trials, and alternative dispute resolution proceedings
• Ensure deadlines and calendar obligations are met
• Work in conjunction with family law attorneys

What You Bring

• We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment:
• 2–3+ years of family law paralegal experience required
• Strong knowledge of family law procedures, court rules, and filing processes
• Experience drafting legal documents, discovery, and motions
• Demonstrated attention to minute details
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
• Possesses strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
• Paralegal certificate or equivalent formal training preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
