About the Role

Joyce Factory Direct is hiring a driven, hands-on Field Marketing Manager to drive lead generation across events and canvassing efforts while building and developing a high-performing team.

This is a player-coach leadership role—you’ll lead from the front by generating leads yourself while coaching your team to hit and exceed targets.

You’ll oversee two core channels:

  • Events & Shows (home shows, festivals, retail activations)
  • Neighborhood Canvassing (targeted residential outreach)

What You’ll Do

  • Generate leads and set appointments through events and canvassing
  • Lead by example with strong personal production
  • Recruit, train, and develop a team of marketers
  • Manage day-to-day field performance across both channels
  • Coach team members in real time to improve results
  • Oversee scheduling, territory planning, and event execution
  • Track performance and ensure team hit lead and appointment goals
  • Support setup/teardown of events and field operations

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $60,000
  • On-Target Earnings: $75,000 – $95,000+
  • $500/month car allowance
  • $100/month phone allowance
  • Uncapped bonuses tied to team + personal performance
  • Fast increases tied directly to production and team growth

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in lead generation, canvassing, or event marketing
  • Leadership experience or strong desire to step into management
  • Comfortable working in the field and leading from the front
  • Strong communication and coaching ability
  • Willingness to travel locally and work evenings/weekends
  • Ability to lift and set up event equipment
