Insurance Administrator
Role summary
The Insurance Compliance Administrator supports JRM’s Risk Management Department by ensuring efficient insurance compliancy and project flow. Responsibilities include maintaining COI tracking logs, collecting vendor contact information, coordinating with project teams to resolve document issues, monitoring insurance expirations and renewals, and documenting limit coverage for subcontractors. The role also involves assisting the Insurance Coordinator with reviewing endorsements to ensure compliance. A basic understanding of insurance principles and lines of coverage is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Insurance-related or administrative work experience is preferred.

Job Summary
The primary task of an Insurance Compliance Administrator in JRM’s Risk Management Department is to perform any task associated with supporting the Insurance Coordinator and Risk Management team with the efficient flow of insurance compliancy and projects.
