Superintendent
Role summary
We are hiring ALL levels of Superintendents to coordinate all site construction activities. This role is responsible for maintaining the highest quality, supervising trade and field personnel, administering safety practices, and completing projects on schedule and within budget. Responsibilities include assisting with project schedules, ensuring safety program compliance, managing material delivery timelines, preparing daily reports, maintaining document control, communicating with designers for RFIs, assisting with client status reports, securing permits, addressing constructability issues, and overseeing daily field operations. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent experience, is required, along with knowledge of construction disciplines, union agreements, cost control, scheduling, safety regulations, and engineering drawings. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Project is necessary. A NYC Buildings Construction Superintendent License, 10-Hour OSHA, 30-Hour OSHA Construction Safety and Health Certificate, and 4-Hour Supported Scaffold User Certificate are a plus.
