Junior Achievement North seeks a Program Manager for its 3DE initiative, a transformative high school education model focused on experiential learning. This role is crucial for the successful implementation and growth of the 3DE model in partner schools. The Program Manager will oversee key events like Case Launches and Culminating Events, manage logistics, communications, and timelines, and ensure seamless execution. This position requires strong project management, communication, and relationship-building skills to support educators, volunteers, and internal teams. The role also involves supporting expansion efforts, maintaining model fidelity, and improving systems and processes to enhance program delivery and student impact.

COMPENSATION RANGE: $55,000-65,000/Year

3DE by Junior Achievement is a non-profit organization dedicated to transforming high school education. 3DE is the newest innovation from JA created to transform high school education. 3DE was designed and is implemented in partnership with school districts to make high school more relevant, experiential, and connected to the real world through project-based learning, case methodology, and competency development. POSITION SUMMARY
The Program Manager – 3DE is a key member of the Junior Achievement North 3DE team responsible for supporting the successful implementation and growth of the 3DE instructional model across partner schools. This role plays a critical operational and coordination function, ensuring that the systems, events, and partnerships required for high-quality program delivery are well planned, organized, and executed.
The Program Manager brings strong project management, communication, and relationship-building skills to support educators, volunteers, and internal teams. This position helps maintain fidelity to the 3DE model while supporting expansion into additional grade levels and schools. The role also ensures that key 3DE experiences, such as case launches, coaching events, and culminating events are executed smoothly and provide meaningful learning opportunities for students and positive engagement experiences for community partners.
Working closely with the Director of School Partnerships and the broader 3DE team, the Program Manager serves as a central coordinator across departments, helping align volunteer engagement, partners, and program operations to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery of the 3DE model.
CORE RESPONSABILITIES
- Serve as the project manager for key 3DE events including Case Launches, Coaching Events, Culminating Events, and off-site field trips.
- Develop and manage event timelines, logistics, communications, and materials to ensure seamless execution across schools and partners.
- Support on-site implementation of major program moments, ensuring students, educators, and volunteers have a well-organized and impactful experience.
- Partner with school teams to build systems that integrate community engagement into the daily life of the school and ensure volunteers and partners feel welcomed and well-prepared.
- Support expansion into new grade levels and schools by helping establish clear processes and resources that maintain fidelity to the 3DE model while scaling programming.
- Serve as a liaison with 3DE National Partnerships Engagement Team, as well as the JA North Volunteer Engagement Team and Advancement Team.
- Support the Director of School Partnerships in identifying opportunities to improve systems, processes, and program implementation across all 3DE partner schools.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Education Experience: Experience with Project Based Learning and High School Programming.
- Relationship Building: Proven track record of successful relationship building and communication with a variety of stakeholders.
- Time Management: Experience organizing multiple projects and competing priorities while effectively managing time, especially for events.
