Senior Manager, Sales
Role summary
The Senior Manager, Sales will lead multiple Account Executive teams, focusing on building leadership skills and driving rigorous execution of the sales operating system. This role requires a master of pipeline mechanics, a strategic closer for high-value deals, and a champion of change management. Responsibilities include owning the regional rhythm of business, coaching managers, driving pipeline generation and accuracy, leading complex negotiations, and acting as a technical liaison with internal departments. The position also involves cultural stewardship, managing regional headcount, and representing Sales cross-functionally. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of sales leadership experience, preferably managing managers in a high-growth HCM or SaaS environment, with expertise in Gong and Salesforce.
