ABOUT THE ROLE:

Kaelux is a global AI Engineering & Systems Integration Agency bridging the gap between technical innovation and production-ready infrastructure. We don’t just "use AI"—we engineer it into the core of the enterprise.

We are looking for our first Founding AI Engineer—someone who can take our deep technical research and turn it into high-scale, reliable intelligent systems for our global partners.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Intelligent Orchestration: Designing and deploying autonomous workflow agents using LangGraph and n8n.

• Advanced RAG Systems: Engineering production-grade Retrieval-Augmented Generation (CRAG) anchored in proprietary data.

• Infrastructure Management: Handling the lifecycle, monitoring, and security of AI agents in production (OpenClaw Cloud).

• Collaboration: Working directly with the founder to shape the engineering roadmap of the agency and its flagship products

• Deep Technical Literacy: You understand the difference between "Naive RAG" and "Agentic RAG." You know what a model router is and why it matters.

• Engineering-First Mindset: You prioritize reliability, security, and scalability over chat-interface hype.
