$180K – $200K + bonus | Hybrid role on-site three days per week. | Energy Tech | AI + Optimization

We’re looking for a
Senior Software Engineer / Technical Lead
to shape the architecture of our optimization platform. This role blends
hands-on coding, architectural design, and leadership
of a small dev team (3 engineers). You’ll work closely with data science and product teams to build
cloud-native, AI-driven forecasting and optimization solutions
that directly impact energy markets.

What You’ll Do

• Lead architecture & development of microservices in .NET / C#
• Guide a small engineering team (mentorship + technical leadership)
• Design and deploy AI/ML optimization models in Python
• Build data pipelines with Apache Kafka, Azure Data Factory, PostgreSQL/SQL Server
• Deliver scalable APIs, automated testing, and high-performing cloud-native solutions

What We’re Looking For

- 12+ years in software engineering, 3+ years in a leadership role
- Strong architecture experience with
.NET Core + microservices
- Advanced skills in
Python (AI/ML, optimization, forecasting)
- Cloud expertise:
Azure, Kubernetes, Data Factory, Databricks, DevOps
- Data & event-driven systems:
Postgres, SQL Server, Apache Kafka
- Frontend experience with
React + Angular
- Proven track record mentoring engineers & driving technical excellence
