Python Data Engineer

Role Overview:

• Experience: 7+ years in software development
• Location: Sunnyvale, USA
• Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data engineering solutions
- Build and optimize
Python-based modules and packages
- Develop and integrate
RESTful APIs
- Work with modern data platforms and cloud-based architectures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support platform operations

Mandatory Skills:

- Strong experience in
Python
and
SQL
- Hands-on in
Data Engineering
- Experience with
REST-based web services
- Proficiency in
Pandas
and
Git

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with
Snowflake
or similar data warehouses
- Exposure to
Tableau
for data visualization
- Knowledge of
Docker
and
Kubernetes
- Familiarity with
Big Data technologies
- Experience with
Dremio / Presto / Trino
(plus)
- Understanding of
S3 or object storage systems
- Working with
JSON & Parquet file formats
