This is a hybrid opportunity based at our downtown Toronto headquarters, with an expectation of 2-3 days per week in office.
About the Role
The Marketing Insights & Reporting Analyst plays a critical role within the Marketing Operations & Analytics team, helping transform data into actionable insights that improve marketing performance and business decision making.
Reporting to the Director, Marketing Operations & Analytics, this role is responsible for developing and maintaining dashboards, producing recurring reporting, supporting marketing measurement initiatives, and identifying opportunities for automation and optimization across Marketing. The role works closely with Marketing and Outside Sales teams to provide visibility into performance across Direct, Repeat, Agent, Integrated Marketing, and Partnership programs.
This position serves as the operational analytics engine for the department, enabling the successful execution of the Marketing Analytics roadmap while supporting the organization's broader goals of data-driven decision making, automation, and responsible AI adoption.

We provide a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. Employees have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and compensation tied to business and individual performance. The expected base compensation range for this position is: $60,000 to $70,000.
