Role summary

The Quality and Training Coordinator will ensure program quality, compliance with standards, and effective data and employee record management. This role supports organizational excellence through continuous improvement, compliance activities, curriculum development, and process coordination. Requires strong skills in pediatric mental health treatment and knowledge of HIPAA, Licensing, and CARF regulations, with proficiency in Excel and Electronic Medical Records.

The Quality and Training Coordinator will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality of programs, compliance with standards, and effective data and employee record management. This position supports organizational excellence through continuous improvement initiatives, compliance activities, curriculum development, and coordination of critical processes.

Possess strong skills in pediatric mental health treatment and maintains a working knowledge of HIPAA, Licensing, and CARF regulations.

Proficient in Excel and navigating Electronic Medical Records.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
