Role summary

Kimball Midwest is seeking a Software Engineering Intern for a fully onsite, 12-week program starting May 18, 2026. This internship offers hands-on experience across the full software development lifecycle, working with experienced engineers on real applications. Interns will support design, development, testing, and deployment, write clean code, troubleshoot applications, and create technical documentation. The role requires current pursuit of a Computer Science degree, experience with at least one programming language (Python, Java, C#, C++), and basic knowledge of databases and SQL. Ideal candidates possess curiosity, problem-solving skills, and a growth mindset.

### What you'll do

  • Support the design, development, testing, and deployment of software applications

### What we're looking for

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science or a related field

  • Curiosity, problem‑solving skills, and a growth mindset
