Office Coordinator
to support their
Huntington Beach office
! This role offers a supportive, collaborative environment where you’ll help keep the office running smoothly and contribute to the success of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle administrative and clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.- Support team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.- Update calendar and job statuses- Assist customers by phone and respond to email inquiries- Call customers to follow up on installation details and also collect payment information

Qualifications / Skills:

  • Strong math skills and attention to detail.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
  • Comfortable handling multiple administrative tasks in a small office environment
  • Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a collaborative team.
