We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer (Backend) who will play a key role in designing and building high-performance services that support our growing platform. This role goes beyond writing code—you will help shape system architecture, improve engineering practices, and collaborate closely with product and frontend teams to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Backend Architecture:
Design and implement scalable backend services, APIs, and microservices that power core platform features.

System Performance & Reliability:
Optimize systems for performance, availability, and security while maintaining high engineering standards.

Technical Leadership:
Guide mid-level engineers through code reviews, architecture discussions, and best practices.

Collaboration:
Work closely with frontend engineers, product managers, and DevOps teams to deliver reliable end-to-end solutions.

Code Quality:
Write maintainable, well-tested code and contribute to improving our development workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and documentation.

What We Are Looking For

Experience:
5–8+ years of professional experience in backend software development within scalable production environments.

Technical Skills:
Strong experience with backend languages such as Node.js, Python, Java, or Go, and building RESTful or GraphQL APIs.

Cloud & Infrastructure:
Experience working with AWS, GCP, or Azure, containerization (Docker), and distributed systems.

Database Expertise:
Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, including performance optimization and data modeling.

Problem-Solving Mindset:
You enjoy solving complex technical challenges and designing systems that scale reliably.

Communication:
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to cross-functional teams.

Pay: $15,000.00 - $19,000.00 per month
