Role summary

We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst & Power BI Specialist with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (Customer Engagement/CE). The role involves developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports, defining KPIs and sales metrics, and designing data models for sales performance analysis. You will extract, transform, and integrate data from various CRM and external systems, ensuring data quality and governance. Collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams is key, as is supporting automation and training business users on BI tools and data interpretation. This is a remote, full-time position.

7+ years with developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports using data from Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (CE) and related CRM systems.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to define KPIs, sales metrics, and pipeline analytics.
5 Hands on full end to end configuration projects
Extract, clean, and transform CRM data into structured formats for reporting using Power Query (M), DAX, and SQL.
Design and implement data models that enable clear visibility into lead generation, opportunity management, customer lifetime value, and sales performance.
Integrate data from Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse, Power Platform, and external systems (e.g., marketing automation, ERP).
Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across all CRM and BI reports.
Support automation and insight delivery through Power BI service, Power Automate, and scheduled data refreshes.
Train and support business users on self-service BI dashboards and CRM data interpretation.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
