Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled
Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET)
with strong expertise in
UIPath automation
to support automation, quality assurance, and testing initiatives. This role focuses on building and maintaining automated testing frameworks, ensuring software reliability, and enabling continuous delivery in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and optimize automation scripts and frameworks
Execute end-to-end testing across UI, API, Database, and Integration layers
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing
Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to embed testing within the SDLC
Perform both manual and automated testing to ensure complete test coverage
Identify defects, conduct root cause analysis, and recommend improvements
Maintain detailed test documentation, reports, and metrics
Ensure adherence to testing best practices and quality standards
