Role summary

KSG is seeking a proven leader for a door-to-door sales program in Victoria, BC, for a telecommunications client. This hands-on role requires direct D2D sales experience, strong leadership, and a demonstrated ability to recruit, train, and drive team performance to consistently exceed targets. The Program Manager will lead and scale the sales team, ensure daily production and accountability, coach representatives, close deals, and own territory performance. A valid driver's license and vehicle access are necessary. Compensation includes a base salary of $65,000 plus performance-driven commission with significant upside potential.
