Role summary

KSG is seeking a proven leader to manage and scale a door-to-door sales program in the Greater Toronto Area for a telecommunications client. This hands-on role requires direct door-to-door sales experience, strong leadership to recruit, train, and drive performance in a team. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated production record, a valid driver's license, and access to a vehicle. Responsibilities include leading the sales team, ensuring daily production and accountability, coaching representatives, closing deals, and owning territory performance. Compensation includes a base salary of $65,000 plus commission.
