Performance Test Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Performance Test Lead / Senior Performance Engineer to design, execute, and optimize performance testing strategies for enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in load testing, performance engineering, monitoring tools, and cloud-based systems, especially in banking/financial domains.

Required Skills

Must Have

8+ years in Performance Testing / Engineering

Strong experience in:

LoadRunner / JMeter / NeoLoad

Monitoring tools:

Dynatrace / AppDynamics / Splunk

Scripting:

C / Java / Python

Experience in:

API testing

SQL queries

Domain Experience

Banking / Financial Services (Highly Preferred)

Insurance / Retail / eCommerce (Nice to have)

Nice to Have

Cloud migration testing experience

Kafka / MQ performance testing

CI/CD integration

Certification (LoadRunner / ISTQB)
