Quality Assurance Automation Engineer

We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Automation Analyst with hands-on experience in ConformIQ Model-Based Testing (MBT) and Robot Framework automation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing test models, generating automated test cases, building scalable automation suites, and ensuring high-quality product delivery within an Agile environment.

*Key Responsibilities:*

• Design and maintain test models using ConformIQ MBT.
• Generate optimized automated test cases from models to improve coverage and efficiency.
• Develop, execute, and maintain automation test suites using Robot Framework.
• Create and enhance custom keywords using Python where required.
• Collaborate with development, product, and business teams to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups in an Agile environment.
• Identify, log, track, and manage defects through resolution.
• Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Git).
• Continuously improve test processes, automation frameworks, and quality standards.

*Required Skills:*

• Hands-on experience with ConformIQ MBT for test modeling and automated test case generation.
• Strong automation expertise using Robot Framework.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Python for developing custom keywords and scripts.
• Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, defect lifecycle, and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD tools.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
