Salary:
$60,000 - 75,000 annually, based on experience

We are seeking a seasoned Family Law Paralegal who is passionate about supporting clients through complex and often sensitive legal matters, and is excited to take ownership of case management, draft critical legal documents, and play a key role in preparing attorneys for hearings and trials.

Responsibilities
- Draft motions, pleadings, subpoenas, affidavits, orders, and related family law filings
- Prepare attorneys for hearings, trials, mediations, depositions, and custody evaluations
- File documents with state courts and manage all case deadlines
- Organize and maintain case files and manage calendars in CLIO/eCourts
- Handle discovery, including collecting, organizing, and uploading materials
- Communicate with clients, court staff, opposing counsel, and third parties
Requirements
- 2+ years of family law experience
- Experience drafting family law documents (motions, agreements, withdrawals, NOAs, etc.)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines independently
- Excellent client communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency with case management software (CLIO preferred)
- Notary or willingness to become one
Bonus Experience
- Paralegal certification (preferred, not required)
- Spanish language proficiency
- Experience working within court systems and e-filing platforms
