Role summary

We are seeking a Data Analyst with expertise in LLM/AI to join our team. This role requires a strong ability to analyze, interpret, and present complex datasets to business stakeholders, leveraging advanced analytics processes and reporting design principles. Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data analysis and modeling is essential, along with hands-on experience in data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI. The ideal candidate will have hands-on exposure to LLMs (e.g., OpenAI GPT, open-source LLMs), experience in prompt engineering and LLM-based use case development, familiarity with NLP concepts, and understanding of integrating LLM APIs into data workflows. A Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience is required, along with 10+ years of experience in a data platform, analytics, or data science environment, and supporting customer-facing products or services.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong ability to analyze, interpret, and present complex datasets to business stakeholders.
  • Proven expertise in advanced analytics processes and reporting design principles.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data analysis and modeling.
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Hands-on exposure to LLMs (e.g., OpenAI GPT, open-source LLMs, or similar)
  • Experience in prompt engineering and LLM-based use case development
  • Familiarity with NLP concepts and working with unstructured data
  • Understanding of integrating LLM APIs into analytics or data workflows

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Experience
  • 10+ years of experience working in a data platform, analytics, or data science environment.
  • 10+ years of experience supporting customer-facing products or services.
  • Experience serving as a Technical Lead or senior analytics professional, with broader industry exposure than traditional Data Insight Analysts.

Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
