We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Product Manager specializing in OAI (OpenAI Interface) and FDA (Food and Drug Administration) Locals Only initiatives. This pivotal role involves leading product development, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. You will drive innovation by leveraging cutting-edge technologies, including cloud platforms like AWS, and implementing Agile methodologies to deliver high-impact solutions. Your leadership will empower teams to develop robust SaaS applications, mobile solutions, and APIs that meet stringent FDA requirements while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Duties
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for OAI and FDA Locals Only projects, from requirements gathering to deployment and user acceptance testing.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define clear product visions, roadmaps, and success metrics aligned with regulatory standards and business goals.
- Coordinate with development teams utilizing Agile, SAFe, TFS, Jira, VersionOne, and Waterfall project management methodologies to ensure timely delivery of features.
- Oversee the design and wireframing of user interfaces using tools like Balsamiq and UML diagrams to enhance user experience.
- Manage integration of APIs, IoT devices, and SaaS platforms such as Looker for analytics insights while ensuring IT governance compliance.
- Conduct analysis skills assessments to optimize product performance using SQL, databases, and analytics tools like Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing, develop comprehensive test cases, and ensure adherence to SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) standards across all phases.
Skills
- Proven expertise in product management within regulated environments such as FDA compliance standards.
- Strong knowledge of cloud services including AWS and SaaS platforms; experience with Internet of Things (IoT) is a plus.
- Familiarity with software development processes involving Java, HTML, APIs, UML, Git, Jira, TFS, VersionOne, and SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent analysis skills with proficiency in SQL databases and analytics tools like Looker for data-driven decision making.
- Experience managing mobile applications development for diverse platforms using modern frameworks.
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure management including IT governance principles.
- Effective communication skills to lead cross-functional teams and present complex technical concepts clearly.
- Leadership qualities combined with project management expertise utilizing tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of B2B sales strategies within regulated sectors; familiarity with requirements gathering for software development projects is essential.
