, we bring Fortune 500-level engineering architecture to small businesses, nonprofits, and startups. We need a Software Engineer Intern, likely a Senior CS student or recent grad, who already understands the "how" of coding but wants to master the "why" of professional-grade systems.

You’ll work directly with experienced engineers. We are here to mentor, but we also expect you to ship meaningful code, contribute to architectural discussions, and own your features.

The Work

- Full-Stack Focus:
You’ll be diving into Front End, API development, database schema design, and server-side logic.
- AI Integration:
We’re actively implementing AI-powered tools into our workflows—you’ll help us build and refine these.
- Hybrid Flow:
Work from home for deep-focus sprints; meet us in-office in Birmingham for collaborative architecture sessions and whiteboard problem-solving.

What We’re Looking For

- Technical Literacy:
You’re in your third or final year of a CS/Engineering program or recently finished. You know your way around a few languages Node.js, Python, Java, etc and understand RESTful APIs.
- Problem Solvers, Not Task-Takers:
You don't just wait for instructions; you look at a bug or a feature and propose a solution.
- Foundational Strength:
You actually understand Data Structures and OOP. You know why a specific pattern works better than another.
- Communication:
You can explain your technical choices without a script.
