Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer for a full-time, on-site/hybrid role in Aliso Viejo, CA. As a Data Engineer, you will design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines and solutions to ensure the effective management of our data infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include organizing raw data, developing and maintaining database systems, ensuring optimal data flow, and implementing analytics to drive business decisions. This critical role will collaborate with multiple teams to ensure data is accessible, secure, and efficiently utilized.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in data engineering concepts, including data pipeline creation, data modeling, and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
  • Strong familiarity with SQL, databases (SQL and NoSQL), and data architecture design.
  • Expertise in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java for data processing and analysis.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for data storage and computing.
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets.
  • Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
