Delivery Solutions Architect - Communications, Media, Entertainment and Games

For our client, we are seeking a Delivery Solutions Architect - Communications, Media, Entertainment And Games to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will shape high-impact initiatives at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and execution. You will partner across technical and business teams to turn complex ideas into scalable solutions and meaningful outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to influence both roadmap priorities and long-term organizational capability.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $219,100 – $301,300 annually
Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Solutions Architects to understand customer demand plans
• Lead technical account strategies for key the company use cases
• Serve as the technical lead for onboarding and enabling complex customers
• Act as the primary point of contact for technical queries post-sale
• Coordinate with various the company teams for customer success initiatives
• Develop and execute plans to accelerate key use cases into production
• Report on customer health and usage metrics to stakeholders

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical project or program delivery in Data and AI
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, or Scala
• Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in pre-sales or consulting
• Strong understanding of distributed data systems and architecture
• Ability to quantify business value from project deliverables
• Experience managing complex escalations with senior executives
• Background in conducting discovery workshops and managing project delivery
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience
