A leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space is seeking a Senior Staff AV Capability Product Manager to shape high-impact initiatives at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and execution. This remote role involves partnering across technical and business teams to turn complex ideas into scalable solutions and meaningful outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to influence both roadmap priorities and long-term organizational capability. Responsibilities include owning the product vision and roadmap for AV capabilities and the autonomy platform, communicating roadmaps and decisions, synthesizing technical insights into product requirements, guiding executives, and tracking key product metrics.
For our client, we are seeking a Senior Staff AV Capability Product Manager to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space. This role will shape high-impact initiatives at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and execution. You will partner across technical and business teams to turn complex ideas into scalable solutions and meaningful outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to influence both roadmap priorities and long-term organizational capability.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $178,800 – $322,500 annually
Responsibilities
- Own the product vision and roadmap for specific AV capabilities and the autonomy platform
- Communicate roadmaps, priorities, and decisions clearly across varied audiences
- Synthesize technical insights into clear product requirements for engineers and partners
- Guide executives and partners through complex decisions aligned with strategic goals
- Collaborate with multiple teams to define goals and the roadmap needed to achieve them
- Identify and lead improvements to enhance the team's innovation and scalability
- Track, analyze, and report on key product metrics and performance data
Qualifications
- 8+ years of product management or related industry experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields
- Proven experience with technical product management and leading the entire product lifecycle from concept to introduction
- Strong analytical skills for deriving actionable insights from complex data
- Excellent presentation abilities to drive a concrete vision and rally the team
- Technical proficiency in problem-solving with complex software solutions
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills to drive stakeholder buy-in
