For our client, we are seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager, Compliance to join the team of a leader in the Consumer Technology space. This role will shape high-impact initiatives at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and execution. You will partner across technical and business teams to turn complex ideas into scalable solutions and meaningful outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to influence both roadmap priorities and long-term organizational capability.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $145,747 – $300,067 annually
Responsibilities

  • Establish and iterate on the AI Governance and Risk Management Framework across teams
  • Translate global AI regulations into engineering compliance requirements and roadmaps
  • Develop risk management systems, including internal policies for responsible AI practices
  • Facilitate consensus across cross-functional teams to mitigate distributed AI risks
  • Incorporate AI compliance program status into leadership reporting and establish tracking processes

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience as a technical program manager supporting Compliance or Trust & Safety Programs
  • Strong technical background with capability to understand technical designs and risks
  • Demonstrated experience in creating efficient processes at scale
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to thrive in ambiguity and drive new initiatives
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to convey technical concepts to varied audiences
