Role summary
A leader in the Information Technology space is seeking a Senior Software Engineer II - Front End to drive meaningful impact across key initiatives. This remote role requires 5+ years of experience and mastery of TypeScript, React, and Next.js. Responsibilities include designing frontend architecture, building and maintaining production services, and creating high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with AI coding tools and have experience with testing libraries and version control. For our client, we are seeking a Senior Software Engineer II - Front End to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will drive meaningful impact across key initiatives and partner cross-functionally to deliver measurable outcomes. You will work closely with stakeholders to execute against strategic priorities and scale performance. The position offers the opportunity to influence both strategy and execution in a high-growth environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $170,000 – $180,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the engineering team to design frontend architecture patterns
- Participate proactively within a multi-disciplined team environment
- Prioritize team and company objectives over individual goals
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- Design, build, and maintain production services
- Create and operate high-performance multi-tier web applications
- Serve multiple applications from a single codebase effectively
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering
- Mastery of TypeScript, React, and Next.js
- Familiarity with Redux Toolkit
- Experience in maintaining a component library and shared application code
- Proficient in using React Testing Library and Git/GitHub
- Comfortable with AI coding tools like Cursor & Claude Code
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience
