For our client, we are seeking a Senior Program Manager, Commercial to join the team of a leader in the Consumer Technology space. This role will drive meaningful impact across key initiatives and partner cross-functionally to deliver measurable outcomes. You will work closely with stakeholders to execute against strategic priorities and scale performance. The position offers the opportunity to influence both strategy and execution in a high-growth environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $176,000 – $185,500 annually
Responsibilities

  • Oversee creative portfolio management and resource allocation like an air traffic controller
  • Quickly address project deviations, reallocating resources and adjusting scopes as needed
  • Lead complex, high-priority initiatives across creative disciplines and teams
  • Develop detailed program plans with milestones and risk management strategies
  • Provide portfolio and program reporting to leadership for visibility into capacity and expenses
  • Create and maintain systems for real-time resource tracking and project health
  • Establish frameworks for intake and prioritization of projects aligned with business goals

Qualifications

  • 8-10 years in Creative Operations or similar roles, with a focus on portfolio and complex program management
  • Experience managing the ecosystem of people, time, and budget across campaigns
  • Proven ability to lead complex programs with cross-functional teams and external partners
  • Strong skills in capacity planning and resource optimization
  • Hands-on experience with program management tools (like Workfront, Asana, etc.)
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and proactively find solutions
