For our client, we are seeking a Director Of Product Operations to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will support high-impact work that contributes directly to business performance and team success. You will collaborate across functions to move priorities forward, solve complex problems, and deliver measurable outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to influence both strategic direction and day-to-day execution in a fast-moving environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $190,000 – $230,000 annually
Responsibilities

  • Design and improve the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) framework
  • Drive continuous planning processes to enhance delivery predictability
  • Lead governance for quality and compliance in product launches
  • Eliminate process overhead to allow product managers to focus on strategic efforts
  • Spearhead AI adoption across product management for productivity gains
  • Establish self-service dashboards for real-time product performance insights
  • Mentor and guide a distributed team for operational excellence

Qualifications

  • 10+ years in Product Operations, Product Strategy, or Technical Program Management within B2B SaaS
  • Track record of building operational frameworks in product organizations with 50+ personnel
  • Leadership experience managing distributed teams across geographies
  • Strong executive presence to influence senior leadership with data-driven insights
  • Deep familiarity with product management tools like Jira, Aha!, and Confluence
  • Experience driving organizational change and technology adoption at scale
