For our client, we are seeking a Director, Editorial Monetization to join the team of a leader in the Consumer Technology space. This role will drive meaningful impact across key initiatives and partner cross-functionally to deliver measurable outcomes. You will work closely with stakeholders to execute against strategic priorities and scale performance. The position offers the opportunity to influence both strategy and execution in a high-growth environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $178,561 – $367,626 annually
Responsibilities
- Set and communicate global Editorial Monetization strategy
- Develop and implement strategic plans to meet revenue goals
- Oversee global performance for the Editorial Sponsorships Initiative
- Anticipate future sponsorship initiatives based on industry analysis
- Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance sponsorship and ad sales efforts
- Create accountable systems for Editorial Monetization team performance
- Utilize AI to streamline workflows and enhance campaign strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in editorial monetization content programming or digital publishing with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven success in creating large-scale advertiser content programs from cultural trends and data insights
- Experience leveraging AI to improve research and monetization workflows
