Senior Software Engineer, Conversion

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Software Engineer Conversion to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. You’ll build and maintain systems that power mission-critical Finance & Insurance workflows. You’ll collaborate with product and peers to design clean, scalable solutions. This role values craftsmanship, impact, and ownership.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $166,900 – $230,900 annually.
Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of critical user-facing features to improve loan application experiences
• Iterate on the unified rate page by launching new features and enhancing usability
• Contribute to the backend consolidation of pricing logic into a unified system
• Define and build a next-gen funding form architecture supporting multiple products
• Improve system performance, reliability, and on-call health for features you own

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics, or equivalent + 4 years of experience
• Experience delivering end-to-end features across frontend and backend systems, including APIs and microservices
• Strong frontend development experience focused on performance and usability
• Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of multi-month initiatives from design to launch
• Experience in cross-functional environments with Product, Design, and engineering teams
