Role summary
A leader in the Information Technology space is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer, Support Engineering to drive impact across key initiatives. This remote, US-based role involves partnering cross-functionally to deliver measurable outcomes, influencing strategy and execution in a high-growth environment. Responsibilities include designing and implementing services and APIs for data management, translating customer needs into technical solutions, owning projects from concept to deployment, enhancing platform resiliency, and developing internal tools. The ideal candidate has 7-10+ years of SaaS experience, strong backend development skills, proficiency in designing scalable cloud systems (GCP, Kubernetes), service-oriented architectures, PostgreSQL, and clean testing practices.
For our client, we are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer, Support Engineering to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will drive meaningful impact across key initiatives and partner cross-functionally to deliver measurable outcomes. You will work closely with stakeholders to execute against strategic priorities and scale performance. The position offers the opportunity to influence both strategy and execution in a high-growth environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $224,400 – $271,920 annually
Responsibilities
- Design and implement services and APIs for data management and integration
- Partner with Product and Design to translate customer needs into technical solutions
- Own projects from concept to execution, including design, testing, and deployment
- Enhance platform resiliency with observability and fault tolerance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine architecture and code quality
- Develop internal tools that streamline operations for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
Qualifications
- 7-10+ years of professional software development experience in a SaaS setting
- Strong proficiency in backend development with a focus on services, APIs, and data workflows
- Experience in designing scalable, reliable, and observable cloud systems, preferably on GCP using Kubernetes
- Skilled in service-oriented architectures and breaking down legacy systems into microservices
- Proficient in PostgreSQL and complex data modeling
- Strong bias towards clean, maintainable code and good testing practices
