For our client, we are seeking a Staff AI Engineer, People Technology | US | Remote to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space. This role will drive meaningful impact across key initiatives and partner cross-functionally to deliver measurable outcomes. Compensation: $174,986 – $209,983 annually
Responsibilities
- Design AI-powered workflows and analytics tools for People data insights
- Architect solutions integrating multiple platforms into BigQuery
- Establish CI/CD pipelines and observability standards for AI systems
- Define standards for prompt engineering and model evaluation
- Build internal dashboards and automated workflows for efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve business problems
- Document systems and governance frameworks for AI initiatives
Qualifications
- 7+ years of engineering or data engineering experience
- 2+ years of experience with AI/ML systems or LLM workflows
- Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform and BigQuery
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and LLM platforms
- Experience designing scalable data pipelines and analytics frameworks
