Principal Product Manager, Voice AI

For our client, we are seeking a Principal Product Manager, Voice AI to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will shape high-impact initiatives at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and execution. You will partner across technical and business teams to turn complex ideas into scalable solutions and meaningful outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to influence both roadmap priorities and long-term organizational capability.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $165,000 – $264,000 annually
Responsibilities

• Define the long-term vision and multi-quarter roadmap for voice AI in-store
• Evaluate and benchmark voice AI technical vendors on various performance metrics
• Lead and negotiate commercial agreements with vendors and partners
• Execute discovery, rapid prototyping, and pilots in restaurants, refining concepts based on feedback
• Create a reusable voice platform defining integration patterns and data flows
• Collaborate with teams to ensure successful go-to-market strategies and operational readiness
• Mentor team members in AI product development and advocate for AI tools in workflows

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in AI product delivery and complex software development
• Expertise in AI model evaluation including performance metrics and continuous testing processes
• Proven ability to lead products from zero to one, involving discovery and scale
• Hands-on experience in evaluating AI and voice vendors and leading commercial discussions
• Platform design experience, specifically in creating APIs and capabilities for diverse use cases
• Experience validating prototypes in real operational environments, preferably in restaurants
• Strong skill in managing cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders
