A leader in the Information Technology space seeks a Senior Manager, Growth Marketing to drive impact and scale performance in a high-growth, remote environment. This role will lead demand generation, database marketing, and funnel optimization, integrating AI into campaign strategies. The position requires strong analytical skills, experience with marketing automation, SEO/AEO, and analytics platforms. The manager will also oversee budget management and lead a team, requiring 3+ years in a leadership capacity. Candidates should have 7+ years of experience in growth, demand generation, or performance marketing for B2B and B2C audiences.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Growth Marketing to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will drive meaningful impact across key initiatives and partner cross-functionally to deliver measurable outcomes. You will work closely with stakeholders to execute against strategic priorities and scale performance. The position offers the opportunity to influence both strategy and execution in a high-growth environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $165,000 – $185,000 annually
Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end demand generation efforts including acquisition and conversion optimization
  • Develop and scale database marketing as a core growth strategy
  • Create and implement funnel instrumentation and attribution models
  • Conduct continuous experimentation across multiple marketing channels
  • Integrate AI into campaign optimization and reporting processes
  • Manage a team, driving performance and accountability in marketing roles
  • Oversee budget management, setting standards for performance and efficiency

Qualifications

  • 7+ years in growth, demand generation, or performance marketing for B2B and B2C audiences
  • 3+ years in leadership roles, coaching teams in demand generation and MarTech
  • Proven success in building or scaling database marketing in high-growth environments
  • Comfortable with marketing automation, SEO/AEO, and analytics platforms
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in attribution models and funnel metrics
  • Familiarity with AI tools integrated into marketing practices
