A leader in Technical Services seeks a Staff Product Manager for Shared Services to drive initiatives at the intersection of scalable technology, AI, and business transformation. This role involves translating complex requirements into technology solutions, influencing architecture, and managing the product roadmap. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of product management experience with a focus on shared services, technical fluency in authentication protocols and event-driven architectures, and background in foundational AI infrastructure within SaaS. Responsibilities include owning the platform foundation, driving enterprise capabilities, and establishing success metrics.
For our client, we are seeking a Staff Product Manager Shared Services to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space. This role will lead initiatives at the intersection of scalable technology, AI-enabled capabilities, and business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and long-term innovation within a Technical Services environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $141,000 – $181,795 annually
Responsibilities
- Own the platform foundation used by the company’s product teams
- Drive the creation of enterprise-level capabilities that unblock sales
- Facilitate faster product team development by understanding their needs
- Establish and measure success metrics for platform performance
- Manage the product roadmap balancing business impact with architectural integrity
- Make strategic build-versus-buy decisions across the technology stack
- Oversee customer-facing features from development to launch
Qualifications
- 8-10 years in product management with a focus on shared services
- Technical fluency in authentication protocols and event-driven architectures
- Experience translating enterprise requirements into platform decisions
- Background in foundational AI infrastructure within SaaS
- Metrics-oriented, defining success metrics for infrastructure
- Strong cross-functional leadership, influencing multiple teams
