Sign up to see compensation estimateFor our client, we are seeking a Manager Software Engineering - Mobile Platform to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. You’ll build and maintain systems that power mission-critical Enterprise Technology workflows. You’ll collaborate with product and peers to design clean, scalable solutions. This role values craftsmanship, impact, and ownership.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $154,700 – $260,000 annually.
Responsibilities
- Define cross-platform strategy and toolsets
- Enhance build systems and developer productivity
- Drive architectural simplification and minimize tech fragmentation
- Lead development of customer-facing features
- Collaborate with Product & Design to ensure quality experiences
- Manage 13-14 engineers and promote a culture of accountability
- Establish measurable KPIs for performance and delivery
Qualifications
- 8+ years in mobile engineering (Android/iOS)
- 3+ years in engineering management
- Deep expertise in a native mobile stack
- Strong understanding of cross-platform tradeoffs
- Experience with performance optimizations
- Familiarity with modern mobile CI/CD systems
