For our client, we are seeking a Staff Product Designer Core UI to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. You’ll play a key role delivering outcomes for customers and stakeholders in the Enterprise Technology space. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally and take ownership of priorities. This role offers visibility, growth, and impact.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $163,500 – $204,500 annually.
Responsibilities

  • Drive the evolution of the platform s design foundation to enhance user experience
  • Collaborate with product designers, engineers, and product managers on cohesive design strategies
  • Mentor other designers and advocate for high-quality design practices across teams
  • Simplify complex workflows that span multiple surfaces and touchpoints
  • Adapt and extend design systems to meet emerging customer needs and maintain consistency
  • Lead cross-product initiatives that elevate design standards and align product direction
  • Facilitate feedback culture to enhance other designers' work and foster team growth

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience in product design, specializing in complex workflows
  • Expert-level understanding of visual and interaction design concepts
  • Proven experience with responsive design across various devices and contexts
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple product areas and elevate team processes
  • Strong expertise in design systems and systems thinking for scalable solutions
  • Experience in shaping design direction through user research and cross-functional collaboration
  • Proven track record of high-quality execution in design implementations
