For our client, we are seeking a Principal Product Designer, Corex AI to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will support high-impact work that contributes directly to business performance and team success. You will collaborate across functions to move priorities forward, solve complex problems, and deliver measurable outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to influence both strategic direction and day-to-day execution in a fast-moving environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $204,000 – $238,000 annually
Responsibilities

  • Define the UX vision for AI interactions across the company’s platforms
  • Lead Tier 1 AI initiatives from concept through launch and iteration
  • Design comprehensive AI workflows that address user inputs and outputs effectively
  • Collaborate with technical leaders to create intuitive user experiences based on complex constraints
  • Establish scalable AI design principles for team-wide adoption

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of product design experience, specifically within AI-driven environments
  • Strong portfolio showcasing the impact of designed experiences on user engagement and trust
  • Experience in leading AI design projects from conception to launch
  • Ability to develop and define UX direction for AI across a product portfolio
  • Deep understanding of AI workflows, user interactions, and potential risks involved
