Staff Product Manager, AI Platform

For our client, we are seeking a Staff Product Manager, AI Platform to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will shape high-impact initiatives at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and execution. You will partner across technical and business teams to turn complex ideas into scalable solutions and meaningful outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to influence both roadmap priorities and long-term organizational capability.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $178,600 – $245,000 annually
Responsibilities

• Define and drive the vision for the AI platform supporting product innovation
• Own core capabilities like semantic search and recommendation models for customer value
• Design APIs and developer experiences that facilitate AI integration
• Establish governance frameworks for safe and responsible AI usage
• Evaluate technologies for build-vs-buy decisions in the evolving AI landscape
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to discover and deliver impactful platform capabilities

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, with 3+ years in a relevant role
• Experience in leveraging AI/ML technologies to create innovative product features
• Background in developing zero-to-one products and rapid prototyping for validation
• Proven track record of collaboration with engineering, AI/ML, and design teams
• Strong communication skills for effective cross-team collaboration
• Deep understanding of user needs and market empathy
• Keen interest in technology's role in transforming private capital investing
