For our client, we are seeking a Senior Product Designer, Mail to join the team of a leader in the Consumer Technology space. This role will support high-impact work that contributes directly to business performance and team success. You will collaborate across functions to move priorities forward, solve complex problems, and deliver measurable outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to influence both strategic direction and day-to-day execution in a fast-moving environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $192,000 – $280,000 annually
Responsibilities

  • Define AI-powered workflows to enhance user focus and speed
  • Own design from concept to implementation across all stages
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research for customer insights and competitive analysis
  • Elevate the design culture by pursuing high-quality work and setting standards
  • Influence product strategy by collaborating with cross-functional teams and engaging stakeholders
  • Ensure quality delivery by advising engineering on design patterns and processes
  • Collaborate with a supportive team of designers for shared growth and feedback

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in similar product design roles
  • Mastery of product design fundamentals: visual and interaction design, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
  • Experience designing AI-powered products focusing on trust and user control
  • Comfortable with end-to-end design processes from discovery to high-fidelity prototypes
  • Strong collaborator with a proactive approach to ambiguity and direction
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Portfolio showcasing senior-level problem framing and high-quality execution
