Role summary

We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our team in Framingham, MA. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining business reports using tools like Crystal Reports, SQL, and Power BI. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs, create data models, and write complex SQL queries. Responsibilities include ensuring report accuracy, compliance with standards and regulations, documenting processes, and training end-users. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of data analysis or BI development experience, strong SQL skills, proficiency in Power BI and Crystal Reports, and a background in banking or financial services.

Job Summary – Data Analyst ( Framingham, MA)

  • Design, develop, and maintain business reports using Crystal Reports, SQL, Power BI, and other reporting tools.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and understand reporting requirements.
  • Create data models and write complex SQL queries to extract data from multiple sources.
  • Format and validate reports to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with business standards.
  • Maintain thorough documentation for all reporting processes, configurations, and procedures.
  • Ensure reports and data processes adhere to regulatory and company policy requirements.
  • Train end-users on the use of reports and provide ongoing support.
  • Assist in data mapping for system integrations and automate reporting processes for efficiency.
  • Support additional data-related projects and tasks as assigned.
  • Qualifications: 2+ years in data analysis or BI development; strong SQL skills; experience with Power BI and Crystal Reports; proficiency in Microsoft Office; solid communication skills; understanding of banking/financial services.
